Rental rates (1)
  • (1) The following rates are meant up to six persons, plus € 30/day/person above the number of six.
  • minimum rental: 3 nights
  • - 3 days 1,000 €
  • - 4 days 1,150 €
  • - 5 days 1,300 €
  • - 6 days 1,450 €
  • - 7 days 1,600 €
  • - 14 days 2,650 €
  • - 21 days 3,700 €
  • - 28 days 4,750 €
  • - above four weeks please contact us for special conditions.
Rental conditions
  • Taxes, electricity, water, heating, and Internet connections (DSL and Wi-Fi) are included.
  • The telephone is available for local calls only (but one can use a phone card to call worldwide), and of course one can get calls from anywhere.
  • Bed and table linen as well as bath towels are included.
  • Cleaning and laundry services during the stay are not included.
